Serena Selous Luxury Camp: The camp comprises of 12 well-appointed tents positioned under individually grass-thatched structures, luxuriously furnished with adjoining colonial bathrooms. All the tents are well positioned to offer optimum game viewing as well as privacy and exclusivity. All the tents are set on a wooden deck under a thatch covering. The camp offers just 12 exclusive tents. Widely spaced amongst the indigenous forest. To the rear of the tent is the ensuite bathroom, which features a Victorian claw-foot bath, shower and WC. Each tent is tastefully furnished with luxury double or twin beds, polished rosewood furniture, opulent rugs and crystal chandeliers. Each tent also enjoys its own extensive private sun-deck, loungers and river views.
Mivumo River Lodge: This exclusive river lodge offers only 12 exclusive rooms. Widely spaced amongst the indigenous forest, each is accommodated in its own wildwood chalet, whose brushwood thatched roof is high vaulted to allow maximum play of light and breeze. Slightly raised on sprung wooden floors, each room features a charming mix of Edwardian crystal chandeliers, marble basins, classic safari antiques and subtly understated modern leather and rattan furniture. The spacious and opulent country-house-inspired bathrooms also feature an exterior shower with wilderness views.
Package price includes return flights from Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar - Selous on Zan Air with all applicable taxes, 2 nights’ accommodation as per itinerary on full board basis. 2 shared game drives per day in 4x4 in lodge/camp vehicle.
